Why this offer matters now

From five combinable modules (M1–M5) we put together a tailored AI training programme from 0.5 to 6 days — practice-oriented, honest in its ambition and without hype. Delivery is online by default (interactive, without travel effort); an on-site in-person delivery is possible on request or where didactically sensible. Every training delivers a slide deck, a handout, practical exercises, a knowledge check, participation certificates and concrete transfer recommendations. This way you close the skill gap and simultaneously address the AI competence obligation under Article 4 EU AI Act.

Starting point

The skill gap in AI competence is among the most frequently cited implementation hurdles — depending on the survey, 35–64% of companies report a lack of AI skills in their workforce. Since 02.02.2025, Article 4 EU AI Act requires a sufficient level of AI competence among everyone who deals with AI systems; training thus moves from a nice-to-have to a verifiable duty. At the same time, many tools (such as ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot) are already in use in-house, but are used unsystematically, insecurely or in a data-protection-critical way. Generic online courses generate little transfer: without role-specific examples and accompanied practice, what has been learned rarely sticks in everyday work. This is exactly where a modular, accompanied programme comes in.

Your benefit

  • Employees and managers use AI confidently, productively and within the framework of your company guidelines in everyday work.
  • The AI competence requirement under Article 4 EU AI Act is addressed in a structured way and made traceable through participation certificates.
  • Role-specific, immediately applicable use cases — from text and research through Microsoft 365 to data protection guardrails — create quickly visible value.
  • A shared basic understanding lowers apprehension and uncontrolled shadow use.
  • Managers can classify, prioritise and responsibly steer AI use within the team.
  • Exercises, a knowledge check and concrete transfer recommendations secure the transfer into everyday work.

A good fit when …

  • Your teams already use AI (or are meant to), but a shared, secured level of competence is missing.
  • You want to address the AI competence obligation under Article 4 EU AI Act in a structured and verifiable way.
  • You are looking for role-specific, everyday-relevant enablement instead of generic online courses.
  • You need a flexible programme that scales from a short awareness session to a multi-day curriculum.
  • You want to offer the training as an academy/training provider under your own brand (white label).

How we work

6 phases, 3 gates — you decide at every transition.

  1. 01

    Needs clarification & module selection

We clarify the target group(s), level of knowledge and your definition of success, and select the fitting modules and training days from these (recommendation M1 → M2 → M3/M4). We set the format for each session (online as standard, in-person on request), capture existing tools and, where needed, clarify white-label rights and the data protection framework.

Gate — your approvalProgramme profile (modules, days, format, target group) fixed before material is built.
  2. 02

    Adaptation & preparation

We load the standard modules, select role-specific examples for M2, and build the slide deck, handout, exercises and knowledge check for each module. Module M3 is checked against the current EU AI Act status; the setup for online (or in-person) delivery is prepared.

Gate — your approvalMaterial finished and visually checked; M3 checked for EU AI Act currency.
  3. 03

    Delivery of modules M1–M4

Interactive delivery online (Teams or similar) — in person on request. M1 fundamentals, M2 AI in everyday work incl. Microsoft 365, M3 EU AI Act & data protection in brief, M4 AI for managers, each with early activation, short lecture blocks and accompanied exercises using fictional/public data.

  4. 04

    Knowledge check & certification

We conduct the knowledge check for each module and issue personalised participation certificates (referencing Article 4 EU AI Act). Handout and accompanying material are handed over to the participants.

Gate — your approvalQuiz quality gate and link check passed; participation certificates issued.
  5. 05

    Transfer & recommendation

We hand over a transfer recommendation to the client and management with next steps and suitable follow-up modules, and collect brief feedback. This keeps what was learned connectable in everyday work.

  6. 06

    Optional: deepening / train-the-trainer (M5)

Where needed, we deepen sector- or department-specific use cases or enable internal multipliers to continue running the standard modules independently. Optional templates and prompt libraries anchor the programme in-house.

What you receive

  • Slide deck per module (PPTX)

A professional, on-brand slide deck per booked module — usable online as well as in person, with speaker notes.

  • Participant handout (A4)

A self-contained reference work per module with core concepts, checklists, frameworks and transfer questions to take away.

  • Practical exercises

Guided, role-relevant exercises with model solutions — using only fictional or public data, prepared for online (breakout) and in-person delivery.

  • Quiz / knowledge check

A knowledge check per module (multiple choice and reflection questions) for learning objective control and as a verification component.

  • Participation certificate

A personalised certificate per participant as a traceable record of the completed AI training (referencing Article 4 EU AI Act).

  • Transfer recommendation

A compact recommendation for the client and management: next steps, suitable follow-up modules and tips for anchoring in everyday work.

Base package plus optional modules

The base package stands on its own. Optional modules dock on now or later — you decide how far you go.

Additional training module

A further module from the toolkit (M1–M5) adds an additional topic or role focus to the programme. It is planned and delivered directly together with the booked modules — an additional training day with its own material, not a separate project.

available now

Follow-up Q&A session (online)

A moderated online Q&A session a few weeks after the training catches practical questions from everyday work and consolidates what was learned. It supplements the delivery with accompanied transfer but does not replace a complete module.

available now

Refresher after 6 months

A compact refresher session brings the teams up to date after around half a year — new features, changed rules, open questions. Sensibly bookable later, once initial practical experience is available.

available later

Train-the-trainer

We enable internal multipliers to continue running the standard modules independently — including a trainer guide and clarified material rights. A later step towards permanent in-house anchoring, independent of the individual delivery.
