Why this offer matters now

In 2–4 weeks, a well-founded position assessment of your company emerges, showing where AI realistically creates value. We assess your AI maturity across seven dimensions, place the result in an industry benchmark, and screen 5–10 use cases for value, effort, data readiness and risk. This produces a rough roadmap sketch and a management-ready decision template for the next step.

Starting point

Around 43 % of mid-sized companies have no concrete AI plan — AI activity happens sporadically and uncoordinated instead of along a priority order. Tight budgets and staff resources meet an overwhelming number of possible use cases; without a neutral assessment, investment often goes into the wrong use case. Data quality and technical maturity determine feasibility but are rarely assessed soberly before the start. Management needs a robust, vendor-neutral decision basis before time and money flow into strategy or implementation.

Your benefit

  • An objective position assessment of your AI maturity across seven dimensions — visible as a score and a spider (radar) chart.
  • A placement in an industry benchmark that realistically reveals strengths and gaps.
  • A prioritised long list of 5–10 use cases, assessed for value, effort, data readiness and risk — with marked quick wins.
  • A rough roadmap sketch that brings the first steps into a sensible order.
  • A management-ready decision template with a clear recommendation — as the basis for budget approval.
  • Investment security: before spending, you recognise which use cases are worthwhile and which are not (yet).

A good fit when …

  • You are seriously examining AI but do not yet have a robust, prioritised plan.
  • You want a neutral, vendor-independent position assessment before investing.
  • Many AI ideas are circulating in your organisation, but an objective assessment by value and effort is missing.
  • You need a decision template with which management can approve budget.

How we work

4 phases, 4 gates — you decide at every transition.

  1. 01

    Kickoff & data collection

In a compact kickoff with management and functional leads, we clarify goals, expectations and scope. We then structurally capture company context, processes and tool landscape, and collect use-case inputs from the departments via a questionnaire.

Gate — your approvalThe context picture is in place and at least five usable use-case inputs have been committed to or delivered.
  2. 02

    Maturity assessment & industry benchmark

We assess AI maturity across seven dimensions (strategy, data, IT/tools, processes, competencies, governance, culture), condense the result into scores and a spider (radar) chart, and place it in an industry benchmark.

Gate — your approvalEvery dimension carries a score and rationale, the benchmark placement is in place, no unsubstantiated claims.
  3. 03

    Use-case screening & prioritisation

From the inputs we consolidate a long list of 5–10 use cases and assess each for value, effort, data readiness and risk. In a value-vs-effort matrix we mark the quick wins.

Gate — your approval5–10 use cases assessed, matrix coherent, top recommendations substantiated.
  4. 04

Roadmap sketch, decision template & handover

We bring the prioritised use cases into a rough roadmap order and condense everything into a management-ready decision template with a clear recommendation. We hand over the results in a compact results presentation.

Gate — your approvalThe decision template is ready for a decision without further queries; tone check passed.

What you receive

  • Maturity assessment (7 dimensions)

Assessment across strategy, data, IT/tools, processes, competencies, governance and culture, presented as a score and a spider (radar) chart.

  • Industry benchmark placement

Comparison of your maturity with an industry grid that realistically places strengths and gaps.

  • Prioritised use-case long list

5–10 use cases with an assessment matrix (value, effort, data readiness, risk) and a value-vs-effort chart including quick wins.

  • Rough roadmap sketch

Possible first steps in a sensible order — as orientation, not a detailed plan.

  • Management decision template

Condensed template for management with key statements, options (including "do nothing") and a clear recommendation for the next step.

  • Results presentation

Compact presentation of the results for management and functional leads as a shared decision basis.

Base package plus optional modules

The base package stands on its own. Optional modules dock on now or later — you decide how far you go.

Additional department

We fully include a further department in data collection, maturity assessment and use-case screening — with its own interviews and use-case inputs. The base package covers the agreed collection scope; this module cleanly extends it by an additional department without setting up the analysis anew.

Management workshop for results presentation

Beyond the compact results presentation, we facilitate a half-day workshop in which the leadership circle goes through the results together and translates them into concrete decisions. This turns the decision template directly into a supported resolution on the next step.

Update review after six months

After around six months, we jointly review what has changed in maturity, data situation and use-case priorities, and update the key assessments. The module builds on the existing analysis and only reassesses the changes.
