Why this offer matters now

The AI Basic Enablement equips your teams in 1–2 weeks to use the four widespread AI apps — ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Microsoft Copilot — safely and productively in everyday work. We clarify which subscription makes sense for whom (features, limits, costs), assess the strengths, limits and typical use areas of the systems provider-neutrally, and set clear data-protection and compliance guardrails (what may go in, what may not). In addition, we convey prompting basics and role-specific use cases and anchor the whole thing in the team. The result is a workforce that consciously chooses AI tools, uses them responsibly and draws benefit from them in everyday work — as a solid basis for the later step to agentic workflows.

Starting point

ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Claude have long been in use in many organisations — but often unsystematically, through private accounts and without shared guardrails. This creates three problems at once: an unclear data-protection situation (confidential content ends up in free web services), wasted potential (the tools are used only superficially) and uncertainty about which subscription suits which task. The differences between the systems — feature scope, data processing, limits, costs — are hard for non-experts to keep track of. At the same time, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required a sufficient level of AI competence since 02.02.2025 for everyone who deals with AI systems. A structured basic enablement creates orientation here, lowers risks and turns occasional use into lived, secured productivity.

Your benefit

  • Your teams consciously choose the fitting tool and subscription for each task — with a clear view of features, limits and costs instead of gut feeling.
  • A provider-neutral assessment of the four systems (strengths, limits, typical use areas) creates a shared, robust common understanding.
  • Clear data-protection and compliance guardrails make transparent which content may go into which system — and which may not.
  • Prompting basics and role-specific use cases create quickly visible benefit in everyday work.
  • The AI competence requirement under Article 4 of the EU AI Act is addressed in a structured, traceable way.
  • Less uncontrolled shadow use through private accounts — and a solid basis for the later step to agentic workflows.

A good fit when …

  • AI apps are used (or are to be used) in your organisation, but a shared, secured approach is missing.
  • You are unsure which subscription/tool makes sense for which task and which role.
  • You need clear data-protection guardrails for handling AI apps in everyday work.
  • You want to address the AI competence obligation under Article 4 of the EU AI Act in a low-threshold, practical way.
  • You want to build a solid basis before moving on to agentic workflows (Offer 14).

How we work

5 phases, 4 gates — you decide at every transition.

  1. 01

    Needs Clarification & Tool/Subscription Selection

We clarify target groups, roles, existing accounts/subscriptions and your definition of success. Together we assess which of the four systems (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) fit which tasks and which subscription makes sense per role — with a view to features, limits and costs.

Gate — your approvalG0: target groups, roles and a provider-neutral subscription/tool recommendation are established before setup and materials start.
  2. 02

    Setup & Data-Protection Guardrails

We support the clean setup of the chosen tools (accounts, basic settings, privacy-friendly options) and develop compact usage guardrails: what may go into which system, what may not, and how to handle confidential and personal data.

Gate — your approvalG1: tools set up, data-protection guardrails (Do/Don’t) agreed and formulated clearly for the teams.
  3. 03

    Enablement: Basics & Prompting

In practice-oriented sessions (online as standard) we convey how the systems work, how they differ and where their limits lie. Prompting basics and guided exercises on fictional or public data quickly make participants capable of acting.

  4. 04

Role-Specific Use Cases & Team Enablement

We develop role-specific use cases per team (e.g. research, draft texts, summaries, tables) and hand over a compact prompt collection and handouts. This creates directly applicable benefit in the respective work context.

Gate — your approvalG2: at least two proven, everyday use cases documented per addressed role and run through with the teams.
  5. 05

    Transfer, Anchoring & Recommendation

We hand over guardrails, the use-case collection and prompt aids, gather brief feedback and give a recommendation for the next steps — from deepening role-specific sessions to entering agentic workflows.

Gate — your approvalG3: materials handed over, those responsible for upkeep named, next step placed.

What you receive

  • Tool & subscription recommendation

A provider-neutral overview: which system and which subscription per role/task — comparing features, limits and costs.

  • Data-protection & usage guardrails

Compact, understandable Do/Don’t rules for handling AI apps: which content may go in, which may not, handling of confidential and personal data — organisational orientation, not legal advice.

  • System comparison (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/Copilot)

An assessment of strengths, limits and typical use areas of the four systems as a reference handout.

  • Enablement sessions & prompting handout

Practice-oriented enablement (online as standard) with prompting basics, guided exercises and a handout to take away.

  • Role-specific use-case collection

Everyday use cases per addressed role with example prompts — directly applicable in your own work context.

  • Transfer recommendation

A compact recommendation for anchoring and next steps, including reference to AI competence under Article 4 of the EU AI Act and a possible entry into agentic workflows.
